First Time Home Buyer
Our First Time Home Buyer Down Payment Assistance program is designed to help low to moderate income people in the purchase of their first home. Assistance will be provided for the down payment in the purchase of a home in District 5.
To qualify for the program, participants must be first-time home buyers, must qualify for a mortgage loan with an approved lender, be a U.S citizen or Qualified Resident, and meet income requirements.
