The 2nd Chance program incentivizes employers to hire formerly incarcerated or justice-involved individual from ages 16-24 by subsidizing wages for up to 90 days at $16 per hour, 20 hours per week. Participants will have mentors that will help them navigate challenges and reach self-sufficiency, providing them with job training and wrap around services tailored to their specific needs.
