This program incentivizes businesses in District 5 to hire the residents of District 5. If businesses within D5 hire someone who lives in D5, they can receive a $1000-$2500 stipend after 90 days of hire. In addition, employees receive a $750 stipend after 90 days of employment. 

Employees can be full time or part time. Businesses can hire up to 5 residents within the past 6 months.
