This program incentivizes businesses in District 5 to hire seniors (55+) of District 5. If businesses within D5 hire a senior from D5, they can receive a $1000-$2500 stipend after 90 days of hire. Hired seniors receive $750 after 90 days of hire. Businesses can hire up to 5 seniors, full time or part time!
