The Fifth District is a truly unique and diverse area that stretches from Moreno Valley to Cabazon and from as far south as Hemet up to Calimesa. There are also 2 sovereign nations located within District 5. It's home to the Lavender Festival, Lake Perris, the Cabazon Outlets, and The Edward-Dean Museum & Gardens. The cities within the Fifth District are Moreno Valley, City of San Jacinto, City of Hemet, City of Calimesa, City of Beaumont, City of Banning.
Unincorporated areas include the Community of Banning Bench, Cherry Valley, Community of Cabazon, Community of Nuevo, Community of Lakeview, Community of Reche Canyon, Potts Flats and Community of San Timoteo.
