The Employer Connect program is a countywide program that addresses both homelessness and labor shortages in our community. This program subsidizes wages for local businesses impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic to hire individuals.

Individuals hired through the Employer Connect program will work 40 hours a week, for $20 an hour, for 90 days. These individuals will also receive training from the Riverside County Continuum of Care on how to provide resources to unhoused individuals.
